Very nice room. Beds were comfortable. We were in a family room with pullout couch so it was nice to have the separation between the two areas. Kids were disappointed the pool was down but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Advertised swimming pools. The outside pool was empty and a disaster. Didn't look like anybody was working on it. Inside pool had water in it but was closed. It probably stays that way. The floors in the room were filthy. I go barefoot in my feet turn black.

We had a great three night stay at this property. The room was very clean and comfortable. Misty was great and very accommodating. When checking in I was informed that we may experience some issues with hot water and if we did notify the front desk and they would make an adjustment to our bill. We did have some issues only while either one of us were taking a shower. I mentioned it to Misty and she gave us more than fair adjustment. This was our second stay at this property but will not be our last.

Not up to standards

We had no hot water during our entire stay. Thus showering was not an option. Was told by front desk that this has been an ongoing issue. Yet they continue to book guests. Was promised a refund for the inconvenience. To date have not received any. In fact I was double billed for my room. Fortunately my credit card carrier was able to resolve was able to the duplicate charge. Motel simply was not up to Best Western standards. Wouldn't stay here again and certainly won't recommend it to others.

This is an aging motel that desperately needs a facility upgrade. The pool & hot tub were in repair; date unknown when it’d be available to guests. Then during our 2nd day/night, NO hot water available apparently to our room but not the whole motel. The staff have been pleasant and helpful. But the facility is a handicap for them.

The desk staff were very nice and genuinely doing their best. The room was OK, i just don’t love the doors that open to the outside (that’s on me, I didn’t notice when booking). I did sleep well. Our biggest issue was that there was no hot water. We called the desk, gave some time for the secondary tank to heat, but we never did get hot water before having to leave. While we waited we went to the breakfast area. My boyfriend said the breakfast was OK except for the eggs. I ran to the restroom near the breakfast area. It was pretty messy and out of toilet paper and paper towels. I did run up to the desk and grabbed some so that the next person would have some. The front desk attendant did say they would give us a discount of some sort on the room because of the hot water, but we don’t have an idea of what that will be.

The outside of the hotel was dirty and really needs an update. We had no hot water x 2 days and no housekeeping during our stay. The GM, Misty was wonderful in arranging a partial refund and when the hair dryer in our room didn’t work she went to a local merchant and purchased one for us. But, this hotel needs some tender loving care!!!

I was quite disappointed in this Best Western. I chose the property because we had a great stay at a Best Western in Page,AZ. However, this one, not so much. It was Mother’s Day when we checked in. I think they had some staff call out that day. Okay, fine, we were patient with the staff- they were doing the best they could. However, our room was disappointing. The beds were horrible…we sunk into the mattress and it was not comfortable. Okay, still could deal with it. What was unacceptable was zero hot water in the shower. It wasn’t even luke warm. Also, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. That was disappointing. The hotel was safe and it wasn’t noisy, so that was good. The pool wasn’t open yet. It’s a pretty small town, but considered big for this part of the US, so there was shopping and dining options.

The room was nicely redone. Unfortunately we found rodent droppings under the counter when my husband accidentally dropped his key card and went to pick it up. Otherwise we wouldn’t have known about it. There were 3 propane grill tanks in the courtyard. We didn’t know if they were empty or not which made us feel unsafe. The outside was run down but with the way the rooms looked I believe they were waiting for the summer to fix up the outside and courtyard. There were some sketchy people across the street from the hotel that my husband didn’t like cause we have a fairly nice vehicle and he was concerned that they may try to come and mess with our vehicle at night.

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant! The facility unfortunately was having some issues with the water and we did not have any hot water for showers. The staff understood and again were very pleasant to work with in a very stressful situation.
