Staff was nice and friendly at check-in. First appearance seemed clean, I have never seen so much hair in a cleaned bathroom upon entry to a room. AC was good on low, noisy if on higher setting. Stayed at another nearby hotel several times with no issue but this Bldg is really close to the highway, road noise was loud. Due to issue needed to check out early, staff did not know what cancelation policy was and I got mixed info.
