Stay HERE!

This place has it all! Super clean, excellent location, amazing pool/splash pad, ample parking, the unit is spacious and has more bathrooms than bedrooms which is appreciated while entertaining. The property has BBQ grills dotted throughout but there is one in a cubby right outside the door which added extra convenience. We will be back!!

Property was spacious and clean! All amenities needed were provided: hair dryer, iron, cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. Reserved parking was a plus. Walkable to the beach. Stores, gift shops, and restaurants nearby. Will be booking again!

Too many fees for a dirty place

The place looks just as advertised in the pictures which was amazing. It was very roomy amd the beds were comfortable to sleep on. Our rating is due to how ridiculously dirty things were. The front room had tons of dog hair on the floor, dog food, and small dead bugs. A dirty peed carpet was stuffed in the closet. All the cieling fans had clumped up dust about a few months worth. The dishes were all dirty with cheese, bbq residue and all wet. I went to throw everything in the dishwasher but when I opened it, it smelled like rotten milk/vomit so I closed it and had to hand wash everything. There were wet towels in the washer and in the dryer. The door on the dryer doesn't work so I was told to buy tape or find something to use to keep the door closed so the dryer will work. The towels in the front room smelled like dog so you know they didn't replace anything. I reported the issues within the first hour of my arrival and more than 12 hours later someone approached me when I was leaving to get food. By that time I had already bought cleaning products and cleaned up myself. We were also checking out in about 11 hours so it made no sense at that point. For the amount of fees they charge for cleaning, I feel they should give me back the fee because it was gross. I have pictures of everything but conveniently I cannot upload them.

Rust on exposed metal, chipped paint on interior walls that might be touched up once a year, low end old washer and drier, stained pillows and bedding, tired old box spring mattresses, beaten up furniture, droppings out in front, and overgrown weeds all along property. The bathrooms are the cleanist I've ever come across but the kitchen area needs deep cleaning and better pest management. We spent several hours washing all bedding as we didnt anticpate needing to bring along our own.
