Spacious 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 6 people with a king size bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the hallway and a fold out couch in the living room.

The living room, dining area and kitchen are laid out in a great open floor plan. The living room has a sofa and arm chair, the dining table seats 4 and the kitchen is full equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit which is very convenient for washing bathing suits and beach towels. Linens are provided for beds and towels are provided for the bathroom. Cable and wifi are provided. There are TVs in the living room and the bedroom.

Two reserved parking spaces are conveniently located right in front of the unit which makes loading and unloading your car a breeze. There are 2 pools on the property, 1 large pool and a smaller pool with a playground next to it. The beach is very close. You can either walk (which might be difficult if you have small children or are taking a lot of items with you to the beach) or take a very short drive to the beach. Driving is allowed on Whitecap Beach, with a beach parking permit which can be purchased at any convenience store on the island.

Numerous restaurants and a grocery store are very close to the condo.

Yes, the unit was not very clean. Patio furniture was filthy along with a noodle stuck under a chair.Sheets and bathroom towels were stained and needed replacing. And there was only one coffee cup in the entire unit, for two people.

What a great spot! Perfect for a family with small kids. Shower head detaches and the toilet has a small ring for toddlers. The small pool has a small playground and a kid splash pad. Couldn't have picked a better place for our quick beach trip! 10 for 10 would recommend.

Great location and it is great to know you have two parking spots at the entrance. It makes it so easy to unload your beach gear. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Another plus is the washer/dryer, no more hanging towels outside to dry. Look forward to coming back soon.

Amazing and clean beach property

This condo was so close to the beach and had great amenities with the pools and playground. The beach access is literally around the corner. The condo itself was super comfortable for our family of 6. You’d think a one bedroom condo would not be spacious for our family; however, it was perfect. The condo is super clean and updated which is sometimes hard to find in the beach hotels/condos and no bugs either!! I’d highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to come back. The communication was also awesome. We arrived before our check in time and asked if we could check in a little early. Super fast response and we’re very appreciative that we could check in early!

Our experience with our rental was outstanding. Great communication with management. Family friendly, clean, stocked and in the perfect location. Parking spaces conveniently located right by the front door for easy loading/unloading luggage. Pool area was beautiful, not crowded and very clean. Close to the beach & restaurants. I will definitely be booking here again in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good family vacation rental.
