Property was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful where they can. When we asked staff for missing soaps and coffee, staff told us that because this is Airbnb property, they don’t provide soap or coffee. Also, TV was never able to connect due to the poor WiFi. We stayed in the Lodge. Hot tub was super hot (thank god). Kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard was cut and there were no mosquitos! Only complaint is the washer being stuck on repeat rinse and drain mode. I tried washing towels to re-use and they were soaked, little upsetting they wouldn’t give us a couple more

The online check in was so smooth and I prefer it over going into an office to get keys. The lock box next to the door was so convenient especially when you are arriving late in the evening.
