The Space:

This 3BR/2BA, single-level home is situated along Copano Bay and is the ideal home for family gatherings. The backyard is vast and wide-open for a game of catch or to set up a volleyball net for an afternoon of fun. Cast a line out and reel in a big catch from the 200 foot pier.



The charcoal BBQ pit and counter-height outdoor dining set is a wonderful place to gather and eat dinner while watching those famous Copano Bay sunsets.



The interior of this home is very open. The living room features a reclining love seat and sofa in addition to a 50 inch flat screen TV with satellite TV, Netflix or Hulu access. Looking for a spot to play a board game or deal a deck of cards? There is also a game table provided in the living area for guests to enjoy a bit of family fun.



The kitchen is sure to please the gourmet chef of the group. It is fully equipped with cookware, flatware and all of the dishes you will need to cook up the catch of the day!. There is also a dishwasher, range, double ovens, a standard coffeemaker and toaster, and plenty of cabinet and drawer space. The dining room table will sit up to 10 guests comfortably.



The guest bedrooms are located on the east side of the home and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the second guest bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds that will sleep up to 5 (a triple-twin bunk and a full over twin bunk).



The primary bedroom has a king bed, large dresser and vanity for getting ready in the mornings. The primary bathroom is just across the hall and has a walk-in shower.



This home comes with washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles, and a charcoal BBQ pit.



Island Time is just 7 short minutes away from great eateries in Fulton, and a quick, 15 minute drive to downtown Rockport. For those who are not just here for the fishing, give Rockport's shops on Austin Street a try! Local favorite restaurants include Boil House, Steer Burger and Benchwarmers.

Guests will have access to the entire single-level home, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of parking. Step outside to the vast backyard, perfect for games and relaxation, and take advantage of the charcoal BBQ pit and outdoor dining set for meals with a view. The 200-foot pier is available for fishing.

Island Time is ideally situated for enjoying the best of Rockport and Fulton! You're just a short 7-minute drive from the charming eateries of Fulton, offering a variety of dining options. For those looking for a wider selection, downtown Rockport is a quick 15-minute drive away. Explore the unique shops and art galleries along Austin Street in Rockport. Popular local restaurants include Boil House, Steer Burger, and Benchwarmers, all offering delicious meals. Whether you're craving fresh seafood, a juicy burger, or a relaxing evening out, you'll find plenty of options nearby.



Getting Around:

Getting around Island Time is easy! You'll find plenty of free parking on the premises for up to 4 vehicles. For those flying in, the closest airport is Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP), approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in Rockport, the area is best explored by car, allowing you to easily access local attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful Copano Bay. Enjoy the freedom of exploring at your own pace!

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew sufficient time to prepare the house for the next guests. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles on the property. We do not allow pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please be aware that the property is located on the waterfront, and while we strive to maintain a safe environment, guests are responsible for their own safety, especially around the pier and water.
