This property was perfect. Our party consisted of 3 families, and a few close friends. There was something to do for each age group, the pool was amazing, the bedroom set up/bathroom number was perfect, and the location was great. Thbedbedroomwaswasamazing.

Great home!

We really enjoyed staying at EZ Breezy Beach house. It was spacious, convenient, newly renovated and clean. The pool, kitchen, outdoor space were perfect! The only downfall was very little to no closet space in the upstairs bunk room. It's a minor complaint. I hope to stay at EZ Breezy next time we visit Rockport with a large group.

Fishing Trip to Rockport Texas

We do this trip every year (over 20 years now). First time stay in this house. Overall, we liked the house. The pool was great. There are a few things that could be better. No remote for the downstairs tv or for the fan downstairs (it has one speed - slow). The right side sink in the master bath drains very slow. Only three towels in the master bath for a five night stay and no washcloths. With the tile everywhere the house if very noisy but probable not much you can do about that. Overall great house.

4th of July Fishing Trip

Great place, I highly recommend it. Upon arrival the house was very clean and fully stocked. The pool area downstairs had plenty of room, shade and seating for the whole family to enjoy. The owner is very accessible for any issues that may arise. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

This house is amazing! We had 10 adults staying on this property and everyone was extremely comfortable! The pool was awesome especially after several hours out on the water fishing. I highly recommend this place! The property manager was very pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond!
