Three of dining chairs were broken,two of the outside chairs were broke. There was dog poop under a table in living area. The queen bed upstairs needs to be replace or at least flipped you roll to one side.

Nice property, excellent property management!

My family stayed here between Christmas and New Year's Eve. It was a very relaxing stay. The area is a short distance down the road from Whitecap Beach. The furniture accommodations were a little worn and dated, but it definitely did the job for my family. There is plenty are sleeping accommodations, enough for at least 10 or 11 people. Plenty of cookware and utensils provided, great for my family who cooks all of the time vs. eating out at restaurants. There are no basic seasonings, such as salt/pepper that some short-term rentals include. For those with dogs, there is a dog park nearby in close walking distance. The downside is that the dog park is right next to a water treatment facility, and the smell is not great. Padre Ecapes was super responsive and has the best customer care of any short-term rental owner/property manager that I've ever experienced! All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing House and Location

The location and property is awesome with plenty of room to accommodate everyone in your group. The house is in great condition and the amenities are perfect. The deck outside is fantastic and calming. You will not be disappointed to stay here and I plan on going back very soon.

Great Place and Great Location

House was nice and easily held 6 adults and 3 kids. No issues with the home. A note to people that will be using the canal dock for kayaking and traveling to the house with a kayak. There is not an easy access gate to the back of the home. The stairs are small and require and make getting the kayaks to the back of the home to the canal. Not a huge deal, but just a note to others that may be renting this home for this purpose as we did.
