We love hosting longer stays and furry companions! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $120'stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

There isn’t a washer or dryer in the unit or on site. This is also a second floor apartment and you must walk upstairs. We also have video surveillance monitoring the exterior building hallways and parking lot for security purposes.

We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
· A $120'stay pet fee per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
· We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs).
· Pets must be kenneled and house trained.
· All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home.
· Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home.
· Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
· Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
· Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.

Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
