We are happy to share our one bedroom, one bath, pet friendly beach condo here in Corpus Christi! Located on North Padre Island in Palm Bay Village condo community, short walk to Whitecap Beach and close to retail shopping, restaurants, fuel stations and easy access to unlimited activities on the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo has a private patio, community pool with kid friendly splash pad, lounge chairs and bbq grill. Plenty of parking with one designated space for the unit. Per HOA no pets over 25lbs.

Door handle would not stay on when entering. Not correct blind on entry door. Both coffee makers did not work, so purchased a coffee maker, batteries for remotes, can opener and soaps for washer and dish washer. Rugs are not in good shape for making it homey and also the couch is in poor quality. I did say a few other units that looked much better. The pool was great and the grills were in good shape.

Very well maintained; very clean; full size refrigerator was great for long-term stay. The on-site pool was beautiful and clean and easily accessible. Padre Island National Seashore is only a 15-20 minute drive. Local beaches are only minutes away. A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Great complex for small kids

We’ve stayed at this complex twice now with my 3 year old granddaughter and she loves the pool. We love that this property is dog friendly and has a nice little sitting area outside. Also loved that they have some beach chairs and toys available for use during the stay. The decor was updated and pretty and it was clean!

Great for kids & beach vacations

We love this property! The pool is perfect for kids of all ages. I'm not sure if my 2.5yo had more fun at the pool or beach, which is a very short drive from this location. The furniture, kitchen tools, bathroom, and bedroom were all clean and well-maintained. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Recommend!

Easy breezy comfortable stay

Perfect location, walk to the beach, shops and small eateries. Wonderfully furnished condo with everything you could need, a comfortable bed and two large smart tv's with streaming sevices. A great pool with plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy. It was a very chilly and rainy weekend, so if the property ever decided to install a couple of hot tubs it would be one more big selling point. An upgrade to the water pressure in the shower would also be helpful for washing away any lingering sand. But all in all, we love this spot and will return for a 4th time!

Great Place, Great Location!

We loved staying here. Rachel has thought of everything to make you feel at home. The decor is so nice with the Island theme. The location is very handy to get to the beach or to head into Corpus Christi, Padre Island National Seashore or to drive to Port Aransas. Rachel responded to us with any questions before and during our stay. We had such a great time visiting North Padre Island and this was a perfect home base for our daily outings. Thanks so much!

Loved it!

We loved our stay here! Everything was just as pictured, and it was perfect for our family of four. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. Definitely will be coming back.
