This condo has a private boat slip at your back door where you can park your boat, or fish off your own private deck. Also, both upstairs and downstairs have private decks! The Bayhouse Condominium is wonderfully equipped with tennis courts, 3 pools, and a private boat slip for guests. Perfect for families and groups looking to fish!



The Space:

Always Fishing! Gorgeous location and views, with a nice peekaboo view of Little Bay from the spacious back deck! Always Fishing has a private boat slip at your back door where you can park your boat, or fish off your own private deck. Also, both upstairs and downstairs have private decks! The master bedroom is conveniently located downstairs along with the living/dining/kitchen with the guest bedroom. The Bayhouse condominium complex is wonderfully equipped with tennis courts, 3 pools, and a private boat slip for guests.



Another of Always Fishing’s appealing amenities is its kitchen’s appointment of quality appliances and dinnerware. This kitchen comes stocked with a full complement of plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware, mixed drink tumblers, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, and many other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.

Property was good for our fishing adventures in Rockport. I was confused in the booking for required insurance. And then the second layer of booking by Cozi vacation rentals. Which required more online requirements. Had I know that and even more future online requirements, I would have chosen something else.

We were very disappointed when checked into the condo. The pictures are deceptive.Our family does 1 to 2 beach houses a year and this was my least favorite.We did not feel welcome and it seems that the convenience and comfort of guests are not important to the host.Our daughter and grandson stayed upstairs which they said was hot and uncomfortable. There were nights they did not get much rest due to the heat. The AC did not seem to work adequately. There were times that the condo would be very warm as if the AC unit was not cycling properly. There were times that the downstairs was also warm. Sleeping in downstairs bedroom would get hot in the some early morning hours.The kitchen has been updated which was nice, but the paper towel holder was broken and not replaced. This was not that important except that it seems details are not taken care of.The lavatory faucet has low water pressure. No hot water in the lavatory. The showers are spacey and a good shower of hot water.The potty in downstairs needs to have some change out in the tank. There were times the water would continue to run and we would have to remove the lid to correct the situation, not wanting the owner to have a larger water bill than necessary. The site mentions office... This was not seen and our daughter works from home, so this was another disappointment. I hope this helps and the next guests will have a better experience. We will return to Rockport, but will not book here.
