This fabulous canal-front home has all the important vacation features… and a few extras you didn’t know you needed until now.
Enjoy the screened-in porch, perfect for morning coffee, evening wind-downs, avoiding mosquitoes or quietly judging people who didn’t bring snacks.
Step outside to the in-ground cocktail pool, designed for maximum relaxation and minimum productivity. (Warning: may cause loss of track of time and responsibilities.)
There is also an upper level uncovered deck, ideal for sun, fresh air, and pretending you’ll “just sit for five minutes” before three hours mysteriously pass watching boats turn around in the Bay.
For the fishing enthusiasts (or the “I’m just here for the vibes” group), there is a fish cleaning area, so you can keep the adventure outside where it belongs. Just make sure to have a fishing license if you are over 16 years old. Being young at heart excuse is not accepted by the warden. Believe me I tried it.

Inside, the home offers spacious bedrooms, including a main bedroom conveniently located on the first floor, because stairs are optional on vacation, not mandatory.
The living room is open to a large dining area and a kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless Jenn Air appliances, so you can cook like a chef… if you push the knob down first though or reheat leftovers like a very confident chef. Honestly, we normally buy a few pounds of large shrimp at HEB very reasonable, they will even steam it for you if you ask and we will eat it almost daily. But that is me making up for the lost times.

Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms that share a full bath. They’re perfect for kids, guests, or anyone who claims they “don’t snore.”
A large balcony overlooks the canal and pool, ideal for sunset watching, morning coffee, or supervising whoever is in the pool pretending they’re “just floating.”

Outside, you can park your boat right at the dock, because nothing says vacation like stepping off land and immediately questioning your life choices in the best way possible. There is not any boatlift but you can tie up to dock easily.

We love animals, but we also like to make sure they are not planning to redecorate the house, the dock, or the furniture or swim in the pool.
