Newly remodeled efficiency condo. The condo is in a private entrance gated courtyard with patio furniture and on-site laundry facility. Best family beach is only a short walk away with seawall, free parking, and outdoor showers! Seasonal golf cart rentals nearby. Condo furnished with a queen-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster oven, and cooking supplies.

The space
The space is small but comfortable. Queen bed and living room area are the first parts of the room when you walk into the space. There is a full kitchen with a stove top. No oven. We do have a small toaster oven available. A coffee maker and filters are there for your convenience. Located a short walk from the seawall and beach that is family friendly. That beach access even has free showers and restrooms.

We really liked the lockbox check in option and the gated facility added a level of security to the stay. The place is nothing less than beautiful! 1/4 mile drive to the beach or a short walk accross the street made it a great place to stay. Everyrhing we needed was there except food and drink. There is an island grocery not far away and Captains Diner just down the road had the best dining experience of our whole week. The condo is small but quite and a great place to crash for the night. Owner communication was fantastic.

Location is great. Just across the street from the beach. The outside shower came in handy when coming back from the beach. Pool, and I know this has nothing to do with the owner of the studio, was not the cleanest. The only time it was clear was just after it was cleaned by the pool tech, otherwise it was cloudy. The space is nice, furniture is a little big for the space but it works for what it is. Could use a mounted corner fan to blow the cool air from ac unit and some blackout curtains as light comes in from outside even when the blinds are shut. My husband did a minor service to the AC unit, what he does for a living, as it needed some cleaning; all ACs need their filters cleaned at least once every 3 months. Overall it’s a great location for the price and roomy enough for two adults that don’t mind sharing space.

Great little nook to stay for the price! It is an efficiency that has the necessary amenities. The pool area is a delight and check in was super easy. Owner was communicative and we enjoyed our time. Would book again.
