Newly built beautiful large soundfront house with a gorgeous sunset everyday (when there is a sun) in Corolla Outer Banks with a pool! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It's a 7 bedroom(4 kings, 2 queens and two single beds) house with a full bathroom for each room and a sofa bed. Beach access is right across the street. There is a community dock on the left side of the house.

Perfect Beach House on the Bay!

We had an incredible stay at this beach house in North Carolina! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach with easy access to both the ocean and the bay. It made beach days, sunset views, and even quick trips back to the house super convenient.The home is brand new, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. We especially loved the open layout and thoughtful touches throughout—clearly a lot of care went into making it a welcoming space.Hank, the host, was fantastic. He was extremely responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made everything smooth from booking to check-out. You can tell he takes great pride in the property and genuinely wants guests to have a great experience.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located beach getaway—this is it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
