We had an amazing honeymoon. Rohan from the ambassador desk reached out when he found out it was our honeymoon and took great care of us. He upgraded our room and checked on us frequently. He also sent us sushi and wine multiple nights to have while we watched the sunset on our upgraded villa patio. The food was great and it was such an awesome week. We hope to be back! Give Rohan a raise.

My husband and I stayed at Windjammer 2/21/25-3/1/25. The property was beautiful, the beach was immaculate, and the staff was so helpful and friendly! Rotania and Dee went above and beyond to find us a beautiful room. Kurston made sure we had our favorite spot on the beach every day, and Zedan was a fantastic bartender! The shuttle drivers, housekeepers and wait staff were wonderful! A few servers who stood out - Sunil, Jason, Lenton, Amelia, Haig, and Justina. We've stayed at lots of great all-inclusive resorts, but this resort was in a league of its own. Thanks so much!! Jerry and Christina Smith

For the price of the hotel, I was shocked at how poor the overall experance was. There were a few staff members who were incredible, such as Travis who works the beach. He was absolutely incredible! Everyday he approached you with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile. The vast majority of the staff, especially in the restaurants made you feel unwelcome. Speaking of restaurants, with the exception of Papa Don's the restaurants were terrible. By the end of our trip we were only eating at Papa Don's for supper and eating cereal in our room that we had perched from the store. To give you an idea of the restaurants and staff, the last morning we ate breakfast at the hotels restaurant we saw the chef at the crepe station drop the ladel he was using to spoon batter out of the bowl on the floor. He just picked the ladel

Our family of 4 (including 2 young teenage boys) had a wonderful Spring Break at Windjammer Landing! The resort grounds (including pools and beach) are beautiful and well maintained, our villa was great, the staff are very friendly and attentive, there are many activities to keep everyone entertained, and the restaurants are varied with average but well-prepared food (albeit at high resort prices). We would have liked the opportunity to do some laundry during the week without having to pay a significant per item cost, so we passed on that service. Utter disappointment in nearly every category. I’d encourage you to read trip advisor reviews asap and consider cancelling your trip. We would have had we read them prior to leaving. There is a serious public health concern on the resort for months, that hasn’t been taken care of and they aren’t communicating. Every single family we spoke with had 1-2 people get sick during their stay- including my husband. The resort claims it’s the norovirus which doesn’t match any of the patterns people were experiencing. Then they claimed that hand sanitizer was placed everywhere to help but if you read the literature- and if the illness was indeed norovirus- this wouldn’t not help. The overall accommodations were mediocre at best. We had to move rooms because our first room was completely open to the outside and birds were pooping and touching our personal items. We had the same housekeeping issues as others site. Another family had to move because there room was not as advertised. The food was ok- certainly not 5 star. The buffet didn’t change a single bit over 8 days. The service at the Jammers bar was horrible and the kitchen messed up our order multiple times causing us to wait over an hour for a simple lunch both days, then did the same at dinner at Upper Deck for our kids meals. We waited an hour for Mac n cheese. Zero attempt was made to right the situation besides remove Mac n cheese from an all inclusive bill. The water sports were the only feature that was over and above.

The concept of this property is fantastic,but real time functionalities are questionable. Check in is comforting and inviting, but the time it takes to check in seems long. We were early so we grabbed a bite at Jammer’s restaurant and headed back at check in time. Then it took an hour to check in. A personal ambassador is assigned to your villa but the communication using the WhatsApp platform almost never worked. We ended up using the older Villa phone. Waterproof wristbands are provided and these are handy. Your car, if you have one, stays parked at the lobby parking. The rest of your visit is handled by shuttles to and from your villa. This works seamlessly and fairly quickly. The hilltop villas are out dated and tired. The beds are wonderful and the linens and towels are wonderful and well stocked. The rest of the villa is beat up and used. For the price point we would expect robes and a plunge pool to offset the worn out feel of the villa. But these are not included. Our first morning room service order never arrived. Nespresso coffee pods offer a decent coffee solution but the pods are not all labeled. A water pipe burst near our Villas and we were without water and toilet in Villa for an afternoon. Restaurants are difficult to obtain unless maybe made before arrival to the resort. Food is excellent though. Beach services are incredible. Every staff member on site were beyond cheerful, genuine, dedicated, and helpful.

Very lovely property well maintained. The staff at Windjammer is very hospitable. It's nice to see people smiling and being generally welcoming to Travelers. Love The Cove setting of the property. It's so beautiful to be in the water and look back on the property seeing the hillside.

The staff is especially caring and friendly. Water sports were available for all levels. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We took the Jammer all day excursion and it was terrific, but good snorkeling is accessible right at the resort. Just be aware that the airport is far away and you will need a taxi.

Where to begin? My fiancé and I go on an island trip every year and swore we would always go to different places every year. Our stay at Windjammer St Lucia changed that! I cannot imagine going to St. Lucia again without staying at this resort. Every single aspect of it was unbelievable. From the second we stepped foot off the plane, we had a driver there ready for us. He was more than just a way of getting to the hotel, he toured us across the island making stops wherever he thought was the perfect photo opp. Once we got to the resort we were greeted by the kindest staff. We ended up getting a complimentary upgrade which was absolutely amazing (disclaimer - we would still be giving an amazing review whether we got the upgrade or not). At first I was hesitant that the property is not very walkable but once you realize how readily available the shuttles are there is no issue whatsoever! The food was some of the best food I've ever had at an all inclusive resort. The quality and variety were unmatched! And the service... there are no words to describe the kind hearted people who work on resort. If there was ANYTHING we needed they were so quick to help. They are also all so proud of where they live and encouraged us to go off resort and experience what makes them love St. Lucia so much. Friday night, we went to the street party/fish fry and it was the most surreal experience being engulfed in the St. Lucian local life. I cannot recommend this resort enough and we will be back!

We were All inclusive but very annoyingly we had to sign for every meal and drink although it did highlight the very high prices being charged for non all inclusive guests.
