We enjoyed our short 3 night stay at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and general areas. Good selection for Breakfast. Nice area by harbour, convenient for airport but not disruptive. Would recommend for anyone visiting Copenhagen.

We were very disappointed that the hotel was so basic. The room did not offer even tea or coffee in the room and had no fridge for us to store water and juice. The iron was so bad that we could not get our clothes to look respectable. At breakfast most of the tables were dirty.

No shuttle bus and alarm chaos.

The service was excellent thevonly thing I was disappointed about was the shuttle bys from the airport. It never came and I tried to callbthe hotel, the phone didn't even ring. The alarm went off about 4 in the morning, we had to evacuate the building. I badly needed my sleep because my flightvwas in the afternoon. Hopefully they can fix whatever went wrong in the future. I enjoyed the view.
