We are Aperon, an apartment hotel on a pedestrian street in central Copenhagen, housed in a building from 1875. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, combining a contemporary look with practical layouts. All units have access to a shared courtyard and terrace with views of the Round Tower. With easy self check-in and fully equipped apartments topped with hotel services, we aim to keep travel comfortable and uncomplicated.
The Space:
This attic studio is located on the 3rd floor of our historic building. The layout follows the roof structure, with slanted walls throughout. It includes a combined living and kitchen area, a lofted sleeping space reached by stairs, a dining table for two, and one bathroom. The studio has been designed with care, adapted to the structure and character of the property, and is set up for up to two guests. There is no elevator in the building.

From the shared inner courtyard, there is access to a shared terrace with seating and a view of the Round Tower. The laundry is shared and located in the basement, where there is also a luggage storage with individual lockers. The building does not have an elevator.

Guest Access:
Our concept is simple: the apartments are fully equipped and carefully designed, accessed through easy self check-in with a personal code, and supported by a 24/7 online reception for anything needed before or during the stay.
Extra services can be arranged through our Guest Hub, including additional housekeeping, late check-out (available for purchase until 1pm, depending on availability), and baby cribs and high chairs at no charge. In addition, free mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for visits of eight nights or more.
Luggage can be stored in the basement, and parking is available through our Q-Park partnership with a guest discount.
The Neighborhood:
Aperon is set right in the historic center of Copenhagen, a few steps from the Round Tower, small pedestrian streets, cafés, bakeries, and local shops. It’s an easy area to explore on foot, with parks, museums, and everyday conveniences close by. We keep restaurant and café recommendations in our Guest Hub, and we’re always happy to share tips or help with bookings.
Getting Around:
Aperon is easy to reach by public transport. Nørreport Station is the closest hub, with metro, S-trains, and regional trains all in one place. From there, it’s a short walk through the old town streets. Taxis and ride-shares can drop off right outside the building. If arriving from the airport, the metro runs directly to Nørreport in about 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
The building sits in a lively and central part of Copenhagen, so some city noise can be expected. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, and pets are not permitted.

We keep housekeeping and guest support immediate and reliable, and we’re here to help with anything needed before, during, or after the stay. Loved the apartment! Unbeatable location and perfect for my needs. My only tiny suggestions for improvement are to add a full length mirror, more counter space in the bathroom and some kind of caddy in the shower for personal toiletries.

Copenhagen half marathon sray
Location was amazing close to everything including a key train station that was a five minute walk. Modern, clean and quiet with a grocery store around the corner. Would stay here again and highly recommend the Aperon apartment loft !!

If every stay at a VRBO was this seamless...
The pictures and description were spot on. The area was bustling out the main doors, but extremely quiet within the courtyard and complex. The place was immaculate and had all you needed should you want to make a small meal while staying there. The laundry room was easily accessible and had multiple machines and one was always available. Plus, there was laundry detergent there to use if needed.
The location could NOT be better. You are truly not far from anything, whether it is to shop, eat, to sightsee or to hop on any form of transportation.
On our 2nd day, we received a call from management checking in to see if anything else was needed to make our stay more enjoyable. I mentioned that a motorized blind on the skylight in the loft didn't seem to work and I assumed that it was due to operator error, they assured me that it should be working and sent someone immediately to fix it.
One note, and it is a personal one and not reflective on the Apēron: the sleeping area is small and in the loft without windows for ventilation. It was still a touch warm during our stay, and it became very hot and stuffy in the sleeping loft. There was a fan that was provided, but it wasn't strong enough to cool the area comfortably.
We loved our stay and wish that Apēron had locations in other European cities! Thank you for wonderful stay!

A Hobbit House VRBO!
Aperon has poured money into this property and it shows. It is newly remodeled and because it is it shows no signs of wear and tear. It is highly secure needing an entry code for the courtyard, the building and finally your apartment. The reception team (think virtual front desk) is always on duty and our questions seemed to get answered in less than 15 minutes while we were on site.
My only complaint and I shoulder the burden of it is that the loft VRBO for 2 is simply much too small. There are no closets/dressers and only one luggage rack. The loft bed is flush to the wall and railing which means that you sleep with your glasses and book because there is no bedside table! Stairs to the loft are both very steep and the stair treads are narrow. And while you have a hand rail on one side, it stops at the bottom even though there are three steps left.
All of this should have been obvious to me if I had looked more carefully at the pictures! For example, it is clear in the picture that the loft bed is the only item in the loft!
But I would go back to this property without hesitation. I would simply book a VRBO for three to get a real bedroom.
The apartment/room itself was very comfortable and cute, and the location was perfect to explore Copenhagen. I would definitely choose it again next time I’m there.

Objekt super zentral gelegen, nette Umgebung; Apartment hell und freundlich, minimalistisch, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet; vor/nach Check-in/-out Schließfächer für Gepäck; Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller. Super Kommunikation mit der Agentur, die Extrawünsche umgehend erfüllt hat. Nicht unbedingt kostengünstig (Preis anscheinend "marktgerecht"), aber für einen Kurzurlaub durchaus empfehlenswert.
