Its bright living room opens onto a large balcony with breathtaking views of the lake and its mountains. You will appreciate this vacation spot just a stone's throw from the small marina, the beach and the restaurant. Conjux, a small village nestled on the west shore of the lake, is the ideal place for those looking for calm and serenity.

The villa consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen of more than 40 m2, 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The villa is completely fenced and the garden provides space for children and pets to play.

The house is on one level. The entire floor is accessible.

Far from the tourist hustle and bustle, this haven of peace offers you total immersion in Savoyard nature. The preserved banks of the lake are particularly wild, offering breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding mountains. It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries.

La maison a une vue sur le lac dont on profite à chaque instant. L’intérieur est très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Maison idéalement située pour les adeptes du vélo et des randonnées. Très calme et reposant.

Stéphane ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Airfryer in der Küche sowie der Pelletofen, der auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine angenehme Atmosphäre und Temperatur erschafft.Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la villa. La communication avec Stéphane a été très facile, les informations de départ et d'arrivée sont très claires. La villa est bien équipée, et surtout idéalement placée, tout proche du lac, d'une de ses plages et resto, et surtout, la vue est absolument magnifique à n'importe quelle heure de ma journée
