We stay at least once a year it’s really starting to show it’s age with non operational doors to the rear of the building the elevator is very noisy and very slow I actually got stuck in it one evening for about 5 minutes I used the stairs for the remainder of our stay also had to get my key card reactivated everyday this has happened the last couple times we’ve stayed

Shower had tape on floor bottom gross and broken in 4 places black showing, Room smelt, No tv remote. Lady was rude at counter was rolling her eyes. Carpets gross so needs upgrades. Did not even want to walk on the floor barefoot. Rundown. Bed was hard, Food was good and kitchen staff friendly.

Property/room was clean. Breakfast options sounded good but I chose to sleep in. The only thing I didn't like was the fridge had no freezer compartment so I couldnt refreeze my blue ice for the next leg of my trip. Otherwise, it was quiet and I slept well.
