I booked the room through Hotels.com. l changed the date. The confirmation was in my email but no information at the hotel computer. Someone dropped the ball and l am trying to get it figured out for about four hours standing at the front desk. It was a nightmare 😔. I was about to go back home two hours away. Thank God in the fourth hour of me standing there Mrs Gloria got it straightened out. This was ridiculous. I will never book through hotels.com again. 4 hours at the front desk is crazy. I was livid.

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good and the waffles were great. Having coffee and tea accessible 24/7 was a plus. The only thing I have to say is that the bathroom curtain was not attached correctly and it kept sliding open and the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan..closed to Fort Benning .
