The bed was comfortable, i found a dead cockroach on my night stand at check in and i showed it to the maintenance. I kept an eye for orhers but did not see it in my room but found another in the elevator. The AC unit had a mildew smell.. The bath tub was not cleaned thoroughly. It looked like dirt caked on and was rinsed but not scrubbed. The dining area was nice and person el supervising breakfast was a little testy and in everybody’s private space. She is watching everyone like a hawk that made people uncomfortable and feeling invaded. The lotion dispenser did not have any lotion.

Pool area was terrible, it was not clean and all seating was ripped damaged and not one person seemed to care, we didn't eat the breakfast because nothing seemed clean to me. My room I had to clean myself so I bought cleaning supplies etc... I found hair on my beds so I went out and bought my own sheets, I asked for towels for 4 ppl they supplied for 2 so I went out and bought my own towels. I asked for toilet paper they gave me 1 roll with 2.5 days left in our stay I also had to buy my own toilet paper. Our floors were filthy and I also had to wash down the stove top,refrigerator and walls near the bedding areas. This was supposed to be nice and relaxing for my son he had 3 days with us and just finished his basic training for the army. I cleaned most of the time instead of spending as much time as I could with him. I talked to the ladies at the counter but no one seemed to give a crap that this was an important trip. This hotel had good reviews and 8 mins from base that's why I chose this one. I won't make that mistake again. Also the laundry dryers don't work. 1 has no heat the other one kinda does. Spent extra time doing my son's laundry because only 1 dryer kinda worked. Also we checked out the day before. We dropped off my son at his base then left from there. We had enough.

It was clean, safe, and had access to major highways. What I didn't like was that MSNBC TV News station wasn't available. 🤔 It seems you have made a political decision to exclude it from the News options available, catering to a particular group of people. As a result, I will never stay in any of your hotels from now on.

Maintenance guy was high as kite on something. Asked him 3 times for a light to see in the bathroom kept saying he would bring me one. Then when I saw him in the hall he said he didnt remember me. I asked him 3 times he never brought me the light. They didnt even care if you had any complaints. I would never stay there again.

They told me at the front desk tgey would refund some for the poor contidions of the room , i showed them pictures of a Coffee maker with rotten pods that were used noticeably long ago and no one checked or cleaned. Plus lots lots of dirt everywhere. After a couple of weeks i got tired of calling. They didn't move me to another room saying they were full so they offered a refund that i never got. Calling ans calling whoever would take the phone at the front desk was rude and aggressive about my calling.

This was a perfect location for me to visit Fort Benning to see my son. It’s a bit run down but still had a very comfy clean bed to sleep in. Staff was very friendly. Great spot for the price and location.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times visiting my husband in the military, but this past weekend was the worst I’ve experienced. The first night there were cops banging on a few doors down trying to get into a room. Then paramedics and fire rescue came to bust down the door (as it sounded like from my room). This happened around 9pm. Then around 5am there was a female banging and trying to break into a room a few doors down from me as well. Screaming, cursing, and banging. She left trash in front of the door and also used a fire extinguisher. My husband had to intervene because it was getting out of hand. She eventually left , but then 15 mins later the police came and was speaking to the person in the room. A few hours later I go down stairs around 7:45a to get breakfast and there was a line of people waiting in the lobby outside the breakfast area and the “cook”
