Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all - clearly. Black, ash!? Dirt? In toilet. First playpen given was clearly very very old and completely torn in netting and the plastic was all cracked. The carpet clearly had something like stuck all over certain spots it was very rough and musty smelling. This was the worst hilton we’ve ever stayed at and we always use Hilton.
