Box springs were nasty, cigarette burns on wooden surfaces, outlets striped out, all the stuff peeling off the chair. Breakfast was 18.99 we went right down the road to Cracker Barrel. The refrigerator was not cold. About 1:30 in the morning someone started banging on our door ( just me and my daughter). I scared us to death. It was a food delivery guy that had the wrong room, Are you kidding me!!!!!!!! Food delivery people should not be allowed to wonder around inside the motel like that!!!!! People should have to get their food orders from the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby is deceiving.

staff was good, except we were not given vouchers for breakfast at check-in. coffee maker leaked all over. 4 days stay with no one servicing room, no bathroom fan for smell or steam, could not find an ice maker was told 1,3,5, floor. even on first floor staff could not find one and went into the closed kitchen, woke up and had to leave building due to false fire alarm. someone spilled a milkshake outside of a-door when we got their 4 days later it was still there. then the scan bar code left in room to tip staff lol not happening after that experience. I expected a top-notch hotel affiliated with a Hilton name on it. very disappointed.
