Everything was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable going out of their way to assist. This hotel deserves a higher rating. Like most places, there are some maintenance items which should be addressed but overall, we were very pleased with out stay.

Long checkin process with unnecessary paperwork - room keys not keyed correctly requires a second long checkin Phones in room dirty and not working - guests have cell phones…remove them. Windows had torn screens - fix or remove them. Towels good, breakfast good, room had no hair dryer - third trip to front desk. Signage at front desk suggests hotel is unsafe at night

When I arrived there was a sign at the front desk “I’ll be right back helping a customer”. After hitting the call bell twice, I waited approx. 10-15 minutes listening to the attendant laughing/talking in the back hallway. When she did appear and noticed me, she apologized and quickly checked me in. I was a little annoyed after a 9hr drive. The elevator needs updated. The room was ok. The sink was cracked. Other than that, breakfast was good and staff were polite. I would stay again.

Everything was good except the free breakfast doesn't open till 6:00 am when other Country Inn's open at 5:30. The hotel is by the army base and we had to be on the base for graduation early. Hopefully they will consider opening the breakfast a little earlier. Also the toilet in our room was very low. It looked like it was a child's toilet. When someone has knee problems it was hard to use the toilet.
