Please DO NOT go by the photos or 4 star false ratings! The lobby was ok but soon as you get to the elevator….everything goes down hill. This particular hotel has only one elevator which is in need of maintenance and or an upgrade. You get off the elevator to go to your room and the carpet is just filthy and it smells like mold or something! Get to your room and the pull out bed is a board wrapped in plastic with a dirty sheet on it!!! The king mattress had dents and dips and you could hear and feel the springs, omg! There were stains on the curtains and spreads. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had in Columbia!! If you don’t care about cleanliness or comfort this is the hotel for you

The toilet doesn’t flush right and the sink drain was not working properly. Also it doesn’t make sense that me and my partner was given two room keys but they can only have one active. What’s the point of both of us having a key if only one works. They need to fix that and their plumbing situation.

I checked in by 3 pm, went out with my son for his soccer game which start was 3:30pm. We came back after his game in the night and I realized that the room was not clean, the bed cover was old and had mold and stains at some areas. I called the front desk to come see the mold on the bed cover , he told me that there’s nothing he can do. My son and I managed to sleep at the oder corner of the bed and in the morning our body is itchy. I have pictures of the mold on the bed cover that I can show you. The restroom was also messy. I also have pictures that I can share with you
