Let me start by saying the hotel is located in a GREAT PLACE next to everything and every main thing you would need. My experience there was HORRIBLE first the hotel stinks the rooms are spacious but stinks. The customer service there is terrible and the ones I dealt with was not welcoming or accommodating to me had going into labor having to leave the hotel before my stay was over. They didn’t want to accommodate me a refund for my stay and on top they kept my security deposit and I only stayed in the hotel for 3 hours to shower and sleep which is insane. If you looking for a welcoming place to stay and people that love there job LOOK ELSEWHERE that’s close by that area like a Marriott.

Room spacious. Air conditioning unit wouldn’t stay on so sleeping was very uncomfortable AND our room was by the back door so quietness was out of the question. We heard everyone coming in and out. I’ve never been so ready to check out of a hotel. On the bright side the hotel is located in a prime stop for food and shopping.
