Stayed 1 might on a road trip to California. Property was convenient and easy to get to with ample parking. Rate was very reasonable and included breakfast and free wifi. Many options were close by for dining Facility was very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was good. Rooms and hotel are a Little dated? But over all it worked for an overnight stay. Our room had 32 inch TV with HBO, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Room was clean. Perfect for a night or two stay. Only real con, was the price of the room. For what it is, $225 is a little high. But you do have gas stations, restaurants, coffee all in close area.

This could be a very nice hotel, it appears that there has been some refurbishment and the beds are decent. However, the hotel is filthy throughout. From the carpets on the corridors, the elevators, the doors (scuff marks and scrapes) the lobby restrooms and the breakfast area. What a shame! There is obvious neglect going on and very poor maintenance and housekeeping. The breakfast was poor, with a very strange taste in the waffles. What a pity!

Only complaint is parking was terrible. Trucks with trailers would take up 5-6 parking spaces. Staff informed me it was raining so they could not park in the dirt lot next to the hotel. All trucks were 4 wheel drive trucks with mud and sand tires. All the trailers had mud vehicles and motorcycles on them. Getting stuck in the mud is not a reasonable excuse. They didn’t personally want to get dirty, though they were going to off roading in the mud. Maybe the lot next door needs to have small rocks added so trailers can park there. Staff was excellent as usual. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast the overall condition of this hotel is excellent. I take trips to California from Iowa 3-4 times a year and I always stay at this LaQuinta hotel
