Spectacular, private mountain getaway with an unbelievable view of Pikes Peak on 6-acres that combines open space, mountain views, and pine trees. The View from Woodland Park sits directly on the Centennial Trail. Situated in nature while only 3 miles to the heart of quaint Woodland Park and an picturesque 18-mile drive from Colorado Springs. Whether you want to relax at a private mountain retreat or stay conveniently in the heart of the southern range of the Rocky Mountains - it's perfect!

Our property is about 3.4 miles north of the Hwy 24/Hwy 67 intersection in the heart of Woodland Park. We have plenty of parking available on property including 2 stall detached garage and an RV parking spot (with hookups).

The recently renovated home is a perfect spacious, home base for your adventures in Teller County and the greater Colorado Springs area. Situated on a picturesque 6-acres, this 3,000 square foot home has plenty of elbow room inside and out. Easily sleeps 8 (beds) with two large couches for extra room. Two family rooms and two large tables make it perfect for groups with kids. Spacious bedrooms and access to washer and dryer on the lower level.

Wow! What a great place to stay. Great amenities and location. We sat in the hot tub and watched Pikes Peak. VERY relaxing. There were deer close to the house on several occasions. Plenty of things to do at the house and nearby. We have booked this place again for next year!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view is incredible. We were in town for a conference at Charis Bible College so we didn’t get to explore a whole lot but just waking up with that view was worth it. Great location. Away from the bigger cities like Denver and Boulder but still so many options to explore. Visited Pikes Peak summit. Hiked the trail down the road that has some nice red rock formations. Visited Manitou Lake trail. Bring your fishing gear! Also, enjoyed Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds

The house is new and beautifully decorated, with granite countertops and Colorado art throughout. Beds were comfy, table was nice and large enough for our group (8 people.) The view of Pikes Peak and surrounding mountains is incredible! Would definitely stay there again!

Great Location and View!! View from Hottub, master bedroom and Livingroom were breathtaking. Kids enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the 2nd livingroom, ping-pong table and other games.Enjoyed the deck for coffee and breakfast. The firepit was fun as well.House was very spacious, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.Master bedroom was great for relaxing. Great house to just hang out at or as a basecamp dor other local activities. Parents weekend getaway 2023

Better than a time share. How do I know, because I have had a time share for over 25 years they are good but not Great like this wonderful home. They have thought of everything, probably 30 table games, many extra plates, cups, bowls, utensils, towels, I could go on and on. Wonderful view of pikes peak. We saw many deer & elk during our 7 days. Close to all the activity. Clean lots of room up and down stairs, well maintained hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful week, we are planning to return so. Fantastic winter wonderland weekend

Property was exactly as presented but the view could not be adequately described, it was breathtaking. Easy drive from Colorado Springs and so close to Woodland park but private and secluded. Enjoyed the hot tub and the snow and was able to charge up my car on property. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will plan on staying again. 5 out of 5!

Great Family gathering

Overall this was an awesome place. Had tons of space for the 2 families that shared the house (4 adults 4 kids). It was walking distance to red rocks and Troutman creek, both are worth while hikes when going with younger kids (4-8 yrs old). We enjoyed having a dishwasher to help clean up after meals and 2 separate living rooms. We spent 90% of our time at the house out front taking in the view and playing corn hole. We are already talking about a return visit.
