Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and always attentive. Great location if going to Christmas Markets (10 min walk), Train Station (6 minute walk), local restaurants, and shopping. Have a grocery store right next door, a pharmacy next to that, if needed, and a convenience store all within a 1 minute walk.

We have only stayed in Cologne for one night. Very glad have booked this hotel. Nice location and a christmas market is just right in front of the hotel, and we enjoy very much the festive vibes. Simply catch the Christmas market trains outside the hotel entrance made our trip so easy to travel around the city. The guest room is clean but relatively small. However I understand in this prime location I cannot expect more.

Perfect location in the old town. Spotlessly clean. Spacious room with comfortable beds and great shower. Without exception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast selection, including wide variety of both hot and cold options. Cafe/ bar open til late . Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again . We had our do not disturb sign on the door and the housekeepers barged in when I had just gotten out of the shower and was completely naked, exposing me to the outer hallway too. Best the hotel would give us was a “free coffee”, which they did give us in the end but felt a bit insulting. Accidents happen but the whole thing just felt poorly handled and like we were being gaslit. The receptionist at the end was more understanding but overall, was a very odd experience that I’d never had happen. Rooms are super tiny and beds aren’t very comfortable. Very unlikely we’d stay here again.
