SNOWMOBILING STARTS SOON! - Cozy Cabin with Mountain Views & WiFi

Brand New 2-bedroom plus loft with central AC cabin. With 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed, plus a full-sized futon in the loft can be set up in this cozy retreat, perfect for families or friends looking to get away.

We have a finished apartment downstairs (for additional cost) that will sleep 4 - 6 if you use the futon in the living room, and has a private entrance in the front of the home through the 8-foot sliding glass doors.

We are still in the process of developing the landscape - We made the driveway bigger for more trailers, and we are building a stone firepit, and more exciting things!

You are welcome to use the current fire-pit on the property and we have wood also.

Beautiful pristine lakes and an incredible snowmobile system that borders Maine, Vermont and extends to Canada. Fishing, ATV, Snowshoeing, or just hanging out.

This is a brand new Cabin on Bear Rock Road in Colebrook, NH
Sits on 12 acres and has a view of Dixville Notch and the Windmills
Ride 4/10 mile to the groomed snowmobile trails from our driveway.

2 Bedrooms plus loft sleeps 8. The 8th person sleeps on a futon in the loft. (If you have more than 8 people, we can open up the apartment below for an additional cost.) The kitchen table (upstairs) opens up to seat 8.
1 full bath with walk-in shower and double vanity & 1 half bath in loft bedroom
Living space outside of sleeping is cozy.

Great Snowmobiling Trip!

We were one of the first guests to stay at the property and had a great time. Very clean and modern appliances with comfortable beds. It was maybe 1/4 mile to the main snowmobile trails. Living room space is a little small but the rest of it is great. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic property with stunning views! Plenty of flat parking for two big trucks with 4 place trailers! Host was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. 10 out of 10, will definitely stay again!
