OK if you are on a budget. Everything is pretty old and tired but at least it all worked. Friendly staff. The family room was good for a family with adult children. It is right on the highway and you have to turn left and make a u-turn to go into Coffs every time which can be a bit frustrating when the traffic is heavy.

It was very roomy and very clean. No returned communication via app and no communication about restaurant and dining or breakfast shut down due to covid it was disappointing

Thank you for your comments. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room and cleanliness is out top priority. We apologies about the 'lack' of communication and as we hope you understand with the current COVID-19 we are one of very few still operating. We are continuing to do so however 99% of the time we are not manned. In regards to the restaurant and dinning room again as this is a country restriction that the government has issued. 99% of people have been watching the news and is pretty common sense that we must follow these guidelines. If booking was direct with us we would have communicated this to via phone.
