Welcome to Bonny Emerald Cottage, a peaceful semi-rural one-bedroom retreat nestled among eucalyptus trees, just minutes from Emerald Beach and Sandy Beach. Stay 3 or more nights and save.

The large, fully fenced deck overlooks towering ferns and lush greenery, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or letting pets roam safely. Partially sheltered, it offers a comfortable outdoor space in all weather.

Wander through the backyard and enjoy a full acre of natural surrounds. A short stroll to the top rewards you with beautiful elevated views, a hidden highlight of the property.

You’re also just a 5-minute drive to Emerald Beach and Sandy Beach, ideal for swimming, pet friendly coastal walks, and easy day trips.

Inside, the cottage is designed with a semi-open layout, offering a sense of space while still providing separation. The bedroom sits behind a full dividing wall from the living and kitchen area, however it is not a fully enclosed bedroom (no internal door).

Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, the cottage features a queen bed in the bedroom and a premium queen sofa bed in the living area. The newly upgraded sofa bed includes a high-quality mattress, full linen, and plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. Best suited to couples or small families comfortable with a semi-open layout.

The ensuite bathroom is stocked with eco-friendly toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). You’ll also enjoy quality coffee and a selection of teas, with refreshments in the fridge including milk and a little chocolate treat.

The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a private washing machine (detergent provided), outdoor clothesline, wardrobe, iron, and hair dryer. For entertainment, enjoy a smart TV with Free-to-Air channels and Netflix.
