Added an extra night short notice, was told i would change rooms from queen to king. Was kept in queen. Had a housekeeper try to come in, ( no knock) stating "this room should be empty". Very mediocre. Noisy neighborhood. Bed was very uncomfortable. After flushing toilet it took it 4 hours to stop making noise. Had to go to desk because card for door stopped working twice. After cleaning service came it looked like they went through our luggage.
