Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast. Just need to fix squeaky sliding bathroom door. It was difficult for the kids to open and close and noisy when they tried to slide it. Probably just needs greased or something simple.

This may be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless. There was a great pool with little fountains for the kids and a big hot tub. The breakfast was fantastic and had a great number of offerings. The room had an A/C with a fan that could be set to run 24/7.

Mostly everything was great but there was a couple of opportunities. 1) keep the coffee fresh, without rolling your eyes when requested. 2)Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was empty apon arrival. 3)make up remover package was used upon arrival. Otherwise a excellent stay.

Don’t stay at the Springhill suites in lk Corde

Got to hotel and there was a kid birthday taking up the whole lobby and pool and hot tub. they told me there were four other parties going on and all but three of the parents. None of the kids were even staying there. I am a Platinum member and could not even use the pool or hot tub because of all the people and drove 5 1/2 hours to be take my grandson there and could not use anything. Told the front desk and they said nothing they could do

Amazing front desk service, quite and nice property my family is not one to spend time in a lobby at any hotel, but we stayed in the lobby for a good amount of time had lunch there. Staff was friendly. Cant ask for a better vacation. Pool and hot tub, we're the best one I've been to in a long time and everything was so clean
