The property is excellent. Very clean. The bedding is high quality and comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with great appliances and provides all the kitchenware one would need. The 2 bathrooms are well done, with very good water pressure and an ample hot water supply. The private rear patio is a treat. The property's location is unbeatable. The area is quiet, leafy, safe, and near both downtown amenities and a park and natural area. Communication with the host was efficient and timely. We had no problems. I highly ecommend this property.

The furniture was very cheap, the table and chairs were wobbly as well as the couch and sitting chairs were very uncomfortable. The patio furniture was barely useable and the patio had large weeds and was very dirty. Inside was very clean.
