This was an excellent property. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. Walked to Moon Time for dinner and Jimmy's Down the Street for breakfast. Both were quite good. Also walking distance to very nice wine bar. Loved visiting beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene.

The rental was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. It was incredibly comfortable and inviting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rental truly caters to pet owners, it even had a doggy door leading to a fenced backyard that my dog thoroughly enjoyed. My kids particularly loved the downstairs area, where they could relax and watch TV.

I'm surprised at all the positive reviews of this house because it didn't look anything like the pictures. From the minute you walk up, the grass is mostly dead and the yard messy unlike the leading picture. The house has very little natural light unlike the pictures. To keep the house cool you have to turn on a bunch of fans and window air conditioners which are loud and ineffective. In the bedroom the air conditioner is at the head of the bed so I couldn't sleep due to the noise. The back patio was a cute setting but again very messy and the rug was filthy. The patio furniture cushions were dirty. The entire side yard was completely dead grass with dead trees. I encourage all VRBO owners to post accurate pictures and descriptions of their properties.

The house is in a great location and close to everything, most things are within walking distance to downtown. The home had everything we needed and more (the adjustable bed was amazing). The property manager was great and very responsive!

The house was well suited for the 4 of us. It was well stocked and location was good. It was a quiet area and walking distance to downtown was manageable despite our high mileage bodies. Would have been nice to have guide to recycling and perhaps some instructions for the reusable Keurig. The smart house was smarter than our old brains so it was a relief we could fall back to old technology and just turn the lights on or off. Very comfortable space and we would definitely stay there again.
