Clean, comfortable house with two private master suites less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River, and 16 miles from Silverwood Theme Park. Steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. There are many included items to make your stay more enjoyable like a stroller, cornhole boards and bags, pickleball paddles and balls, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, etc! Cozy memory foam mattresses, soft bedding, and plenty of technology to keep everyone happy. We have 2 exterior security cameras - one pointed at the front door, and one pointed at the driveway.

This home was nice and clean. We loved the neighborhood, the location and that the home was modern. My little boys absolutely loved having a tv in their room. They felt bougie. It was an easy check in and out process. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely spotless condition. Located in a safe, attractive neighborhood. Near several parks and only minutes from downtown. Got seniors? No stairs. Got kids? No knickknacks. Plenty of gear for outside sports and exploration of nearby natural environment. Modest price for what’s on offer here. Would be our first choice for our next visit to the area.

We were in the area for our son’s College graduation. Home is 6 minutes from their home . So convenient. VRBO is nicely appointed. Ping pong table was a fun extra to watch play on the rainy day. Would stay here again

Very clean and well equipped home. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Close to everything, short drive to downtown or down to the river for coffee. Home stayed warm and I appreciated the K-Cups and creamer. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing getaway home!

This was honestly one of the nicest rental homes our family has ever visited. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with appreciated entertainment extras, and unexpectedly provided hotel-like complimentary convenience items. Your home is so welcoming. It had everything you need for a getaway for cooking, bedding, showers and just to be comfy and relax for a getaway. Loved our morning walks through the neighborhoods in the early morning. Central location from stores, breweries, shopping and casinos. Again a very welcoming home to stay at for a get away.
