Room was clean and well made up. However we did have to ask for extra pillows. Breakfast was ok. Limited options on eggs (only scrambled) veggie sausages wasn’t very nice. My son loved the pancake station. Downside was they started clearing the breakfast away exactly at 9.30. We didn’t know and went down at 9.10

Every single thing was wonderful as always during our stay. Unfortunately I have had to phone the hotel after coming home. They have taken £102 too mach for our two night stay. It was lucky that I checked my account. Hopefully I will recieve this money asap. So even though our stay was great I was really disappointed overall.

Room was clean and tidy, staff excellent. Heating was quite noisy and blasted the warm air directly onto my head during the night. It was too cold not to have it running so I didn't get a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good.
