Down the hall, Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and plenty of closet space. Bedroom 2 features a twin trundle bed and is the perfect spot for kids to enjoy. Bathroom 1 has a large step in shower with custom tile work. Past the living room is the fun and functional kitchen. Easily prepare meals and make your morning cup of coffee at the coffee bar with both drip and Keurig style coffee makers. Please note the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. Gather in the large dinging room with views of the back yard. A convenient laundry area and another bathroom with step in shower are past the dining room. You will find plenty of privacy with bedroom 3, which has a king size bed. The large, private back yard has a covered patio with outdoor seating and a grill. Bison Hills is on a quiet tree lined street and has ample parking space- you can pull larger vehicles or trailers into the long driveway to the side of the home.
