Filthy. Drapes were torn. Chairs and bedspread were stained. We requested a room on the first floor for a handicapped relative and he was put in the farthest room from the office, even though rooms were open by the office. Sara, the night shift worker, told us to drive him there. His room looked like it was the spare room. No wastebasket, remote controls were taped together and tv didnt work. Other guests we talked to had the same experience.

Very dirty… We rented a room for my sister. The bed was dirty with hair and bugs in the bed. They gave her a second room. It was not any better we would never ever stay in this hotel again very bad experience.

My expectation of a Wyndham hotel is high and this was subpar! It needs a lot of upgrades. The floors should be vacuumed thoroughly, not just the bare minimum, and please vacuum near the night stands where food falls on the floor. Unfortunately, there was crusted food on the floor near the head of the beds. Furniture should be dusted as well. On a positive note, staff was nice.
