Our stay was very nice, everything one needed , was there , a nice grocery trip on day one made it very accommodating to cook dinners every day

Nothing good about property. It was dirty, sheets had stains on them . Dirty underwear In drawers , chicken bones In couch. Drew property manager wouldn't give us refund or up grade is to another unit. Will not book with them again. Waiting for expedia to do something about it. Drew property manager was very unpleasant.

The property was the perfect size for our family of six. When we weren’t at the beach or sight seeing, it was just the right amount of space that we all could relax and not feel crammed. The pathway to the beach was absolutely wonderful! Easy access to the water, close to the pier, and showers right as you return to rinse off the sand. Drew was great! He was kind and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay at a reasonable price. Also, the body boards and beach toys were a huge hit for the kids! Beach chairs were a huge hit for the adults! Thank you!

For a few hundred more, it's certainly better than some of the motels listed. The apartment is two stories, facing a courtyard and pool, and we found it very quiet.

Drömställe Cocoa Beach i Florida

Otroligt bra lägenhet, här finns alla husgeråd och lite annat att ha på beachen, typ strandstolar, solparaply, bodyboard. Mycket fin pool just utanför balkongen samt bara 100 meter till beachen. Mycket bättre än hotell, här råder man sig själv. Sedan nära till affärer och restauranger.
