Great location, excellent communication, property as expected
The communication from the property manager was superb- they checked in via email to make sure everything was ok more than once. There was a small wasp next on the porch and they handled it quickly. Ave was clean, ac worked well. Loved the keyless entry and very easy checkin. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Was very nice to have some basic supplies there already. Would definitely come back.

Great location!
This property is in a great location! Right next to the cocoa beach pier. Comfortable beds. Pool is great but could use some updated lounge chairs as many were broken. Easy access to the beach. This property could easily be a 5 star with some decorating and cosmetic updates. Great place to stay!
