This property is older and rundown in areas but for its age well taken care off. The room was ok and served its purpose but the exterior of the property, specifically the pool, game area bar etc totally voided my dislike for the room. The amenities were amazing. Breakfast was amazing! Lazy river amazing and the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I cruise a lot and will definitely stay again in the future. However I would suggest a room facing the pool with a balcony!!!!!

Nice stay and close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again! The highlight for our family was the lazy river—so much fun and a great way to relax and cool off in the afternoons. It really added to the vacation vibes and kept the kids entertained for hours. Breakfast on-site was a huge plus. It was convenient, tasty, and had a good variety of options to start the day right without having to leave the hotel. Also, our room was spotless—super clean and well-kept, which made us feel comfortable right away. One of the best parts is how close it is to the beach. We loved being able to just walk over and enjoy the sand and waves anytime we wanted without needing to drive or find parking. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order during our stay, and we had to climb six flights of stairs to get to our room. That was definitely a workout, especially with beach gear and tired kids in tow. Hopefully, that gets fixed soon. Overall, though, it was a great experience and we’d happily recommend this spot for a fun and relaxing beach getaway!

The facility was clean and staff were pleasant. Great location in proximity to the beach. I was hesitant in booking, as it’s not on the ocean but the resort provides umbrellas, chairs and a wagon for use. Excellent breakfast and the beds we very comfortable.

Great location for the cruise terminal and also for getting to the beach. The hotel is family friendly with an area for kids to play. Movie was shown at night at the pool. Breakfast was ok. Slept well.

The hotel pool and lobby looked great! Unfortunately, we left within 20 minutes of checking in due to the rooms conditions. I understand being close to the ocean, but rust was everywhere. The bathroom floor wasn't clean. The cabinets were peeling and the handle to the fridge fell off when we opened it.

The room was old, poorly maintained, and not clean; I had to kill a roach the first day. I turned the A/C off for a while, then tried to turn it back on, and it didn’t work anymore. The fridge was also not working in the room, and the shower tub was overflowing. I was expecting, upon check-out, “How was your stay?” and all I got when I said good morning, I’m checking out was a “ bye.”

This is a cute and fun hotel especially if you have kids. The pool is fun and full of activities. They have a cute cabana area where you can order drinks and food, plus a sand area the kids can play in and a turf area for corn hole or jumbo connect 4! The rooms aren’t as impressive. Outdated and not a fresh feel but definitely not terrible. The floors are tile but could not stay dry they constantly were damp so make sure to bring house shoes or slippers to walk around the room in. More of a motel vibe instead of hotel. The main annoying thing though is they have a very loud exhaust fan in the bathroom that is attached to the light so every-time your in there your hearing this really obnoxious exhaust fan that gets annoying fast. The staff is very friendly but they aren’t fast. There was always a major delay when we needed extra towels or anything from room service. Overall I’d stay here again if I were traveling with kids. They will think it’s fun and have plenty to do.

I paid for a room I didn’t get, therefore,5 of us was in a small damp room that was dirty.On the way to the beach( with my grandkids) the staff was out back smoking and a lady sitting on one of the hotels benches screaming about drugs. It was obvious she was homeless and strung out. Didn’t seem very safe. Staff just stood there and watched her. Garbage was all around her, food, pop bottles, clothes. I guess she lived there.( Outside) Also, the pool was extremely small for the amount of people that were there.
