Great stay for our family of five! The unit was clean, updated, and very comfortableโ€”especially the beds. We noticed other families we were traveling with had more outdated units, so we really appreciated how nice ours was. The gated access to the beach and pool made us feel safe, and the provided beach accessories were a huge bonus for easy, relaxing beach days. Highly recommend if youโ€™re looking for a place in Cocoa Beach!

Excellent unit! Very clean, well stocked, & instructions were clear. Heated pool was a bonus in February for the kids. Beach was spectacular with not a lot of people and short distance from the pool. The storage room was filled with fun beach items. 100% would stay here again!

Our small family had a wonderful stay at cocoa beach! This was a clean, well taken care of place that had everything we needed. We asked ahead of time if there would be beach items for us and they made sure it was there in the storage area on the next floor up. We had very nice beach chairs and umbrella that we used. The pool was nice and very quick walk to the beach! We would stay again.

Family Fun

This unit is nicely located close to the pool and is nicely furnished with a view of the ocean. It does NOT include beach chairs or any beach items. The property manager communicated this to us prior to our stay. So we were aware. The door into the unit will feel and act like it is locked when it is not. This is resolved if you use the key to get back in so remember to put the key back in the lock box.

Great Place!

The condo was fantastic! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to pretty much anything we needed. We walked to mini golf, pizza, ice cream, rent bikes..... etc... This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach. We heard a lot of mixed reviews of the Pier. We chose to see how it was and we didn't go back. Everything else was great though. This property was without a doubt the cleanest we have ever walked in to. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. Well, except an ice-cream scooper, but we managed !!:) The communication was top notch and we would surely stay at this property again. They had chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use while you stayed. We had our own so we didn't need to but it is a great addition to this property. If you're thinking of visiting or booking this property, DO IT!!! Something that helped us save some $$ on this trip, we drove the small distance to another grocery store and did not go to Publix, it saved us easily $200....just a tip :)

Fun Beach Week

Pristine condo well stocked with supplies and extras. Welcome basket was a hit! Great location to view shuttle launches. Short walk to the pier and restaurants. Everything was close by and easy access to Kennedy space center.

Extremely clean and looks brand new

Our family came to spend a few days on the beach. Everything in this 2nd floor condo was new and it was spotless. It is super close to the pier where you can enjoy great food. Also the pool view is right off the patio. Not much else to do at the condo but tennis, pool and the beach but thatโ€™s all you need! Great 2 bedroom unit!

Exactly as listed. Very nice and had great amenities and even a welcome basket. Wendy was very responsive and was a great host. Maybe a couple more chairs on the deck. Loved it.

Canโ€™t recommend this condo enough. Beautiful, clean, great view of the pool and the ocean, and thoughtful touches like a welcome snack basket, bottle of wine, and even toiletries in the bathroom made this perfect for our last minute babymoon. We will definitely come again!
