Loved it!

We are a family of 4, 9 and 11 year old, and we loved our stay here. We rented the panoramic beachfront 2 bedroom upstair unit. To our surprise, one of the 2 bedrooms had a king bed! The living room and kitchen were awesome to have. There is a traeger grill on property for use and an awesome hangout space. The top deck was our favorite place to sit each night after a day on the beach. They had good beach chairs, good umbrellas, beach toys, and a few bougie boards. Overall, we would definitely come back and rent this same unit!

Perfect for us.

Was in town for Cocoa Beach Triathlon and a weekend away with my wife. The room was nice, newly remodeled with a comfy bed and plenty of room for 2. The best part was how peaceful it was. Just a few steps from the beach, plenty to do on the property, and met some nice folks. Nice relaxing stay

No staff on sight. Had to text Expedia to explain how to turn on air conditioner. I woke up in the morning with a huge dead bug next to my bed as well as having red bites on my arms,scalp and lower back. I would not recommend this dated motel.

This motel provides an opportunity for people to stay right on the beach in a clean and affordable place. It was our second stay here, and we are already looking ahead to next year.

I honestly cannot recommend staying here. They don’t have enough parking and I was instructed to park in a spot clearly marked “No parking”. I walked through our room barefoot and the bottoms of my feet ended up dirty. The AC in our room did not work. I reached out to the hotel via text and email and never received a response.

We came for our honeymoon and didn't know a hurricane was coming. When we reached out with concerns the hotel said all would be fine and we would just be getting rain. We didn't feel safe and didn't want to spend our honeymoon in the path of a hurricane so we opted to leave and go north. We let the hotel know we left and would not be returning. Long story short they refused a refund and we lost the money we had paid for the stay...they never reached out to check on us through the storm...though we did even after we left. Won't be coming back or recommending them.

My husband and I were really happy with this Motel. It was clean, we enjoyed the bed, and pillows. You can’t beat being right off the beach too! Just beautiful and we loved getting to eat our dinner on the table in the back looking out at the ocean!

Great stay

We were very happy with our room, very clean and updated. Right on the beach with beach chairs and lounges available if you didn’t bring your. Only problem was with the keyless entry, it was touchy but we figured out we were inputting the numbers to slowly, once we figured that out no more problems. I would definitely stay here again.
