The rooms definitely need refurbishment — fresh paint, updated furniture, and better overall maintenance. The bathroom, in particular, needs a full renovation with modern fixtures and a nicer, more inviting ambience. Some of the existing fixtures were rusty, and one night the A/C wasn’t working properly. However, the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their professionalism truly made a difference despite the room conditions. Mr. Sanal and the front desk crew, in particular, made our stay memorable.

All staffs are super friendly and helpful very nice and kind. Airport shuttle arrived in minutes the moment i riched at the airport waiting area.got warm welcome by staffs. No complaints. Very nice friendly gesture the entire staffs. Also the morning bfast and dining was amazing very friendly helpful staffs well trained and educated.

The Flora Airport Hotel is beautiful and convenient located next to the airport. The staff very professional and polite. Big swimming pool and also there's a restaurant but the choices of food are limited. The room was spacious but was not completely well cleaned (bathroom) as well as some of the hotel premises.
