Staff severely undertrained - most notably with serving staff. Cooks went out of their way to accomodate our early checkout time, but not once were our meals / orders correct opon presentation (usually 45 minutes after ordering). Serving standars pretty poor, and we were then given incorrect bills for our meals based on what staff entered in system. All in all, poorly managed staff.
Sheets had stains in room as well, while all else was great.
Not at all what I would expect from $160 / night. Very disappointing. Would arguably avoid Marriott Hotels in future.

Wonderful place to stay, and fantastic staff.
The hotel is in a convenient location for catching flights out of Kerala. We were on our last leg of a 28 day trip to India.. and this was a great place to celebrate a most enjoyable experience. The staff in the restaurant were particularly accommodating and Naveen's food was delicious! Highly recommend staying here.
