Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. The rooms are basic but clean. The single rooms are very small; the double rooms much more spacious, There is no air conditioning but the windows open. There is a shared kitchen, a games room and a living area available for guest. Breakfast was basic but fine. This place is good value.

If you need to stay in town then this hotel is ok. We would not use this hotel again. In particular, 1 staff memember was very unhelpful. We asked 4 times for the air conditioning to be switched on. When you must go up and down 2 flights of stairs this is not amusing. The stairs are dangerous especially with bags. There is no lift. Rooms are small but clean and adequate. Bathroom very small and nowhere to put towels. Strange. Entrance to car park is difficult and you will be charged €13 overnight. This is unacceptable. We gave up trying to use the EV charger. Breakfast was cold buffet but quite nice. We stayed in 4 hotels during our stay in France, this is the only one we would not use again.
