We arrived after reception closed and left early morning but staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone and left clear instructions on how to get in. The hotel suited us very well. It was exceptionally good value . The staff were helpful. The only two problems were that the bass creaked really noisily with any movement on them and the fire exit sign in the room gave out a lot of light in the night
