Pluses - pet friendly, fridge in room. But, couldn't use TV remote, even with help from desk clerk. Only one sliver of soap that broke after 2 or 3 uses. After room was cleaned, we were short towels and no new plastic cups. Hotel is right on the highway and it was very noisy.

I was in town with my 2 children for a family even for 3 nights. I chose the Victorian due to the pullout 3rd bed option. No huge expectations but the couch mattress was thinner than a lot of others we have used. The main beds were comfortable, the room was fine, a little aged, there is only one trashcan, they only made our room up one day but we had clean towels each day, the parking lot lights are bright and face right into your windows so use those curtains, overall it did the trick for the price and the options in town.

The staff is wonderful - any issues (only one) are immediately addressed. The room is well appointed and very roomy. Our king bed room was upgraded to a king suite. We have stayed here often and have always been happy with our accommodations and the friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

The hotel offers fair value for money. The breakfast options are basic and some more fresh fruit options would be good. Being close to the road traffic noise can be a slight issue at night, but this has to be expected.

The bed was comfortable. The room always felt muggy and humid. Had to keep the ac down cold to not feel wet. Front desk help when I checked in acted like I was a burden being there. The breakfast was good.
