Very nice location, steps away from the Valencia church and lots of restaurants but the hotel itself is in a quiet location. Room conditions are not perfect, However acceptable.

Ok, but wouldn’t stay again

Pros Location - easy walking to most attractions Beautiful building and lobby Nice front desk staff Cons Room was very small and uncomfortable. There was barely any room to open one suitcase. No suitcase stand. No table/side table, just a chair. There was no mini fridge. Shower is tiny and very awkward to use, every time you turn around you end up turning the water knob. No window - it was covered by film and made the room very dark. AC didn’t work when we arrived, they were able to fix it quickly, but it didn’t really cool the room well.

Check in was smooth, and the room was nice. Unfortunately we experienced problems with the shower as no water was coming out. We reported the problem and the staff was very helpful and provided us with a solution. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean.

Loved Valencia in December!

The location of the hotel Calle Samaniego 20 is excellent! It’s in the old town making it close to the historical sights. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. We even walked to the City of Arts and Sciences. Enjoyed Valencia very much. Christmas lights made it even prettier at night.

This hotel was excellent for our stay in Valencia. It was tucked away in a tiny side street that was just steps from various plazas, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The woman who was at the front desk when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and very neat! Our young son loved getting to sleep in the little loft. We would absolutely consider staying again.

Geat reception/customer service

Good customer service. The room we were staying got the cigarette smell eventhough it has non-smoking policy. It may need a penalty/fine for the guest who was breaking the rule as they shouldn't smoke inside the room. I wished there're a writing desk fo with a chair, and maybe a small kettle for making a cup of tea/coffee. But the reception was good, friendly and tried her best to accommodate us, and give a good direction for the transports and taxi. Thank you for very nice checked in/out.
